Bugs. The ball went through the net, the score jumped, the swing button stopped responding on your phone. Say which device and browser you were on and what mode you were playing (singles, doubles, 2-player, tournament). A screenshot or a screen recording helps enormously.
Rule calls. If you think the game got a kitchen fault, a serve, or the two-bounce rule wrong, tell us the situation and we will check it against the way the sport is actually played. Real players arguing rules is how the game got as accurate as it is.
Feature requests. A court you want, a control scheme, a difficulty tweak, a mode. No promises, but everything gets read and the good ideas get built.
Site questions. Anything about the privacy policy, advertising, or using screenshots and footage of the game in your own videos and posts (short answer: go ahead, a link back is appreciated).
What we cannot help with
Restoring a lost tournament save. Your kit and progress live only in your own browser storage, never on our servers, so if the browser cleared it we have no copy. The privacy page explains why.
Before you email about a bug
Reload the page once. The game is a few hundred kilobytes and updates quietly; most one-off glitches are an old cached version and a refresh fixes them. If it happens again, that is a real bug and we want to hear about it.
